Community Health Nurse
The Community Health Nurse is dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and well-being of individuals, families, and the community through education, prevention, screenings, and supportive services. By partnering with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations, the Community Health Nurse helps residents access the resources they need to live healthier lives.

School Health Screenings and Education: Conducting health screenings and providing age-appropriate health education in local schools.

Adult and Childhood Immunizations: Administering recommended vaccinations to help prevent the spread of disease.

Maternal and Infant Health Services: Providing risk assessments, case management, prenatal education, and home visits during pregnancy and after delivery to support healthy mothers and babies.
