The Community Service Worker takes applications and assists families or elderly with programs such as Early Head Start; Head Start; Weatherization and Furnace; 60's Plus Dining; Bus Transportation; Protective Payee Services; Garden; Self Help Housing Rehab; Revolving Loan Fund; Food Pantry; School Supplies; Sharing Tree Gifts; and Emergency Utilities and Shelter Assistance. ICAP also provides linkages to other programs as Energy Assistance; Social Security; SSI; Medicare; Medicaid; Tax Freeze on Assessment; Sales or Property Tax Refund and Sales Tax on Food refund program. Community Action Partnership is a non-profit community based agency helping people-changing lives; "helping others to live-not just survive".
