Our mission is to provide resourceful assistance to qualifying persons in cooperation with other agencies. Empowering people to embrace their strengths and opportunities.
The Community Service Worker takes applications and assists families or elderly with programs such as Weatherization and Furnace; 60's Plus Dining; Protective Payee Services; Garden; Self Help Housing Rehab; Revolving Loan Fund; Food Pantry; School Supplies; Sharing Tree Gifts; and Emergency Utilities and Shelter Assistance. ICAP also provides linkages to other programs as Energy Assistance; Social Security; SSI; Medicare; Medicaid; Tax Freeze on Assessment; Sales or Property Tax Refund and Sales Tax on Food refund program. Community Action Partnership is a non-profit community based agency helping people-changing lives; "helping others to live-not just survive".
