Register of Deeds
The Register of Deeds is the "Library" for the county. Our office records Deuel County real estate documents such as Deeds, Mortgages, Easements, Satisfactions, Plats, and other documents. Our office maintains full and true computerized and scanned records of all the documents. Many of these files can be obtained by calling, emailing, or visiting the county Register of Deeds office. Note: The Register of Deeds and staff CANNOT help you complete documents or forms. We are also unable to provide legal advice of any type. If you have questions about completing forms or how to transfer property, please consult with an attorney.

The County Register of Deeds office can issue Certified copies of Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates for a cost of $15.00 per copy.
